Music Creator Music Creator 2003 by Cakewalk. Record audio and MIDI tracks using any instrument, vocals, or audio loops. Write music for CDs, sheet music, home videos and the Internet
Easy to use plug in and play means that you pretty much plug in your instrument (guitar, keyboard, microphone, etc), press "record" and presto, you have your own digital studio. This is not a bad little program at all, and many improvements have been made since the first version of Music Creator. This program let's you record virtually any instrument you want to record, provided you have a microphone or line out on the instrument you're recording. No, this isn't Cakewalk Sonar, but it will do the job for many home projects if you're recording needs are not too complicated.
Record both digital audio and MIDI tracks, including drum loops. Compose and print out sheet music, burn CD's easily with the included Pyro CD burning software. Most users can be recording within minutes of setting up the software. Functions include editing, recording, mixing, building arrangements; it's also possible to import your own loops or create loops from any MP3 or WAV file.
